Dr. Randolph was flexible and able to squeeze us in the next morning of me calling. I was coming from Ohio to pick the horse up in Indiana and drive it the 3.5 hrs to Dr. Randolph. “I was visiting family and had one of my cats with me. She developed an ear infection and I didn't want to wait four days until I was home to go to my regular vet. Tender Care offered to see her as a drop off and were super friendly and helpful. They took care of my girl, checked to see if I was going to be in town long enough to need a follow up, and made sure I had a copy of the records when I left as well as sending everything to my regular vet. So glad they were able to fit us in! If I lived locally I would definitely become a regular client.”

I SUPER appreciate that these vets make a point to not only address the physical needs of my dog, but to also make the visit as non-stressful as possible for her! They treat her on the floor rather than on a table, which is far less stressful. They don't rush in with her, but rather take their time to build some trust and comfort with her. I think this emphasizing low stress as much as possible is super important! Plus, the holistic vets REALLY take the time to address my questions and support my dog in a holistic manner, taking into account my values, pocket book, and questions. These vets are super respectful to me and to my dog! High praises to them!”

Although the procedure our kitty needed turned out to be unaffordable on our (rather low) budget, we felt that the doctor and the staff all "bent over backwards" to try to provide us as much help as they could give, and to make our decisions easier. The doctor spent a lot of time talking with us and gave us much helpful information, including possible options. I wish I'd had the money to get the surgery done at this clinic, because these people are clearly some of the best--if your cat needs a dental procedure, you will get top-of-the-line pain prevention and control here; plus, you'll get to meet some of the nicest people in the vet business. True, the rates are not cheap, but in this case you get the superb care you pay for. I would recommend this clinic a dozen times over!”
