    “If you love wine, then this place is for you. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel ready to enjoy some wine. The layout of the store is welcoming and the staff is very helpful pairing you with a wine that would suit your pallet. There is also gourmet food available to enjoy with wine. I would say that’s the biggest downfall however they usually have quite a few registers open so the wait typically isn’t long to check out which I feel is a huge deal. Their sales and coupons are always great. However, their meat prices aren’t always the best so unless they have some crazy deal on meat, I typically don’t buy meat from Kroger. Store is typically always clean shelves are usually stocked great store for day-to-day items you need at a great price with coupons.”

    “I was in village pantry a little over a week ago usually I go to the village pantry on 96th street but they were out hot fries. My pregnant wife was in need . It was not safe to go home without hot fries . Lucky for me they were fully stocked and A blonde woman named K showed me the location in store. K was exceptionally personable she recommended a similar item and it was amazing . The wife has now a new favorite product . k went above and beyond that after I told her my wife was due next month and was miserable and cannot sleep . She referred her to a maternity yoga class which she absolutely loves . When I already thought K was to good to be real she came out from behind the desk and even opened the door for me and handed me a little teddy bear that she got from a non profit job that she has and said good luck . This is now our new village pantry.”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
