“Almost always easy to get in and out and usually can get to the products easily, if they are super busy or have trucks their be polite people! They don't try to slow you down or have things in the way. If you can't move something on your own any of them will gladly come move it for you!”

“We had a difficult automotive experience with two new TPS sensors being installed and never resetting and showing tire pressure after driving for a couple of weeks. Took the vehicle back in and had them worked on again, drove for a couple more weeks and the still wouldn't reset. So I called automotive and talked with Richard, extremely friendly conversation and he told me to bring the vehicle in as soon as I can and ask for him specifically. So being in the area that day we drive in and asked for Richard, he dropped everything he was doing and came outside on a rainy day and worked diligently on the TPS issue until after 3-4 attempts he finally got all 4 TPS sensors to reset! Combination of the vehicle + tires + different sensors made this tricky, and he wasn't giving up working in the rain until our problem was resolved. Just fantastic service from a great guy, super pleasant in helping us and obviously very knowledgeable on all things automotive. Can't say enough about how happy we were with this experience!”
