“I ordered an item online (wall mounted basketball hoop). It came with missing pieces (mounting hardware and instructions). I called the store and Cole made it possible for me to just come in and pick up the missing pieces without having to package the whole thing up to do a return. He was courteous and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews, but this deserves a good one!”
