“Three days after purchasing 6 baby chicks and an incubator, we woke up to the incubator bulb broken and the chicks shivering and dying. Completely heart breaking and we had no clue how long it had been off. I rushed to True Value who thankfully opened business 7 mins early, I explained how I didn’t have time to look for the receipt but that all of my chicks would die if I didn’t get a new bulb immediately. True Value employee promptly got me a new bulb for free and assured me my chicks would be okay. Thankfully the new bulb is working and my chicks are thriving. Thank you True Value!”
