Spent 4 hours in 2 different T-mobile stores and 1 hour on the phone, with no results - they could not migrate my phone from att to t-mobile, and they had no new phones in stock to sell me, but kept putting up roadblocks to continue using my phone. In 20 minutes, Dustin gave me options that fit my budget and free iphone 11s for switching. I had 2 new phones at the end of the week. It would have been quicker, but took an hour to migrate data - he was attentive and multi-tasking the whole time, especially since I kept adding things like screen covers and otterboxes. When my phone had an issue and I had to come back the next day, he did everything in his power and it was fixed before I left the store. Like any phone store, you need patience, but Dustin really knows his stuff. Would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Went to get my screen fixed was a very good price first time it was fixed there was little dot after it was fixed but he ordered a new screen and repaired it free of charge my phone now looks brand new also took him about 45 mins which is a lot better then some places.”
