“10/09/24 I bought groceries. I had two cart loads. Bob bagged my groceries. He pushed one cart as I pushed the other cart to my vehicle.
Bob stood here as I unlocked my doors. I thanked him. He said I'm here to help you load your vehicle. I told him no one at Kroger's has ever offered to do that. I have shopped at Kroger's for years even when it was at the other location.
I was impressed with Bob. Give him a raise or at least an atta boy.

“Staff is super friendly! The drive up/picking staff are always really kind. Like most places there are sometimes delays on grocery pickup, but the staffs attitude is always a 10/10”

“There Rochester Walmart is EXCELLENT ?.Inam newpp to the area and like everyone else in America I needed to go get a few things. While getting off transpo a lady ran to get me a electric buggy. I found out that she was on her way into work. When I entered the greater and a couple workers volunteered to walk with me so if I was needing things on the highest shelves. I declined, said thank you. Going through getting a few items I ran into a problem, where I was unavailable to reach something. An employee came asking if needed help and I did. Service 100% pleasant 100% . NO other Walmart in surrounding area has ever treated me that way. Thank you for the Hospitality you know who you are!!”
“Very unprofessional on telling all customers To leave because the cashier hast to go pick her daughter up from school detention. When there was another cashier there not sure why that that cashier could not run the store. So the store was shut for over a half an hour how good is that on your corporation”

“I love this store. I try to buy most of my groceries there. I think the prices are amazingly low, compared to Walmart, Aldi, etc. I check the "Best by.." dates and don't buy items that are far past their date. But many foods are not outdated and are very good quality. There may be a dented can, a crushed package, or a missing box, but food is never stale or damaged. I usually leave with a huge, heavy cart full of food for myself and for pantries for homeless people, for the price of 2 or 3 bags at other grocery stores. The staff are always friendly and polite to me.”
