“Like this grocery store just very inconvenient hours closing so early during Friday and Saturday nights. Sometimes it so hard to make it there before they close after getting off work picking up the kids etc. Would be nice if summer hours extended til 8pm. They have an awesome deli which is so much more better getting meat from them but it's hard getting there on times. :(”
“I do like to shop at Kroger but my only problem is handicapped parking, my husband is handicapped and they make the handicapped parking farther away. I don’t understand this it used to be right up front but now it’s off to the side and regular parking is up front. It truly makes it so much harder for the people that are handicapped.”
“Nothing in the store is a dollar everything is way overpriced if you drive a little longer you'll see a dollar tree store and they have almost anything that you would need”
“10/09/24 I bought groceries. I had two cart loads. Bob bagged my groceries. He pushed one cart as I pushed the other cart to my vehicle.
Bob stood here as I unlocked my doors. I thanked him. He said I'm here to help you load your vehicle. I told him no one at Kroger's has ever offered to do that. I have shopped at Kroger's for years even when it was at the other location.
I was impressed with Bob. Give him a raise or at least an atta boy.

“Staff is super friendly! The drive up/picking staff are always really kind. Like most places there are sometimes delays on grocery pickup, but the staffs attitude is always a 10/10”
“Went in town Rochester to dollar general with granddaughter kira to get older grandson jaden his capri son fruit punch . He loves them and my daughter Ryan wouldn't have time So after dropping granddaughter mariyah off at aunt Desmond on Olsen road. I went. Talked to Deb whimd I was there. She and I have known each other quite a while Kira loves toys”
“Very unprofessional on telling all customers To leave because the cashier hast to go pick her daughter up from school detention. When there was another cashier there not sure why that that cashier could not run the store. So the store was shut for over a half an hour how good is that on your corporation”
“There Rochester Walmart is EXCELLENT ?.Inam newpp to the area and like everyone else in America I needed to go get a few things. While getting off transpo a lady ran to get me a electric buggy. I found out that she was on her way into work. When I entered the greater and a couple workers volunteered to walk with me so if I was needing things on the highest shelves. I declined, said thank you. Going through getting a few items I ran into a problem, where I was unavailable to reach something. An employee came asking if needed help and I did. Service 100% pleasant 100% . NO other Walmart in surrounding area has ever treated me that way. Thank you for the Hospitality you know who you are!!”

“Worthy the trip. We spent 180 dollars on groceries for 7 people and will last almost 2 weeks if not more. 2 being teenage boys. Great deals if you watch the Facebook page can get just about anything you want. Highly recommend to people on a budget.”
