“I had only a credit card to pay for an electric coupling. However, the lady at the front informed me that using a credit card for a payment as low as $1.05 would incur almost double the cost. I assured her that it was fine, but she insisted on using her own change to pay for it. I didn't have to, but she insisted. This immediately gave me the impression that the business is run in a commendable manner. They prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. The lady was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. Therefore, I highly recommend this hardcore store.”

“A natural disaster caused us to lose nearly EVERYTHING in our home. It has been a rough 4 1/2 months. We finally started the process of buying new appliances for our home! We are excited to get back to it! We visited the Lowe’s in Madison Indiana. We came across an amazing young man, “Riley” not only was he absolutely brilliant with knowledge but just a JOY of a person! He made our experience easy!
