“I had the most amazing experience today at this specific Auto Zone, my truck would not start and I was at the BP right across from the Autozone, I went over to see if I could have my battery checked, instead of them letting me buy a bunch of tools and try to figure it out on my own the manager Kim asked one of the specialist there to take me back to my truck and jump start it. Mike the specialist not only helped me try to figure out the issue he help me push that truck out of the way and proceeded to attempt to fix, we weren’t able to get it started but it wasn’t because of a lack of effort on Mikes part. Kudos to Kim and Mike I REALLY appreciate you guys!!”
