Every time l come into the store with a question or problem with my Android, Nathan is very professional and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem. Nathan is also patient when l ask him to explain the problem again. Nathan is very courteous with his customers. Being a senior citizen and not used to using a cellphone, Nathan is always encouraging, which makes me feel better and willing to use my cellphone more. “Called and talked to Joey to check to see if they had any 15 pro max phones in stock. He went and check and told me yes. I came into the store and asked for him. He was amazing with the speed and accuracy. He added a line to which saved me over $100. We traded in our old phones got cases and screen protectors. He was very efficient and the entire staff was very friendly. They put the protective screens on all 4 of the new phones. The atmosphere of the store was very welcoming and it was well kept. This will be our store for future purchases.”

“I decided to switch from one major carrier to Metro by T-Mobile and chose this location due to the other positive reviews that I read online. I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. Thank you for your assistance! Mr. Gammoh was excellent. If I never need assistance and or I am ready to add additional phones I will be returning to this location. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did. Not only am I saving money, I can visit this store and get ongoing support concerning my phone.”

“I went in after work to make decision between just straight upgrading or keeping phone I have since I only have two payments left. I was able to do both. I am keeping current phone for business use and got an upgrade for my personal use. The only negative is the store did not have the phone in the color and space I wanted so I have to wait for it to be delivered to me and go back to the store for activation. Otherwise a very enjoyable visit. Thank you.”
