I recently upgraded my phone & watch at a different Verizon location…which let’s just say was the complete opposite experience. After much frustration I decided to go online to seek out the top rated Verizon store and read the reviews for this store…Fishers…and the reason seemed to be Chris from all the rave reviews of his amazing service. So, I thought that’s what I need…amazing service! Not only did Chris resolve both issues; but also, he was very polite greeting me with a smile, a hello…and held the door open when I left. I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did.
