“I’ve never trusted phone repair shops ever. I was going to take an L and live with the bad crack I had till I got another iPhone but I didn’t want to risk water getting in the cracks. Took it here and he got it done super fast and honestly I could be overthinking it but the screen looks more crisp than how it was before and feels good and just as responsive. The guy was nice and quick and knowledgeable so ask questions! Overall 5/5 would definitely recommend for anyone who is skeptical. 150$ beats 300-400$ at Apple and definitely beats paying 1,200$ for a new one when mines works just fine ?”

I was with Cingular than AT&T for over 30 years and Clark was by a large margin the fastest and most knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. “This is the place to go for your cell phone repair needs and I'm going to say, any service they offer.We had a cracked screen on a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra. Called five different repair shops. We were quoted 4 to 5 weeks for part to come in and phone to be fixed.A friend recommended HD Wireless. Part was in and phone was fixed in DAYS, not weeks. Part of the wait was my husband's availability, not HD Wireless.Price was a fraction of others. We will return if we need additional service.Highly recommend!!”

I love the functionality of the Wingback.The main reason I bought this product - I travel often, and need to use GPS in rental cars and it’s a pain to try to remember to pack a device to mount my phone — the wingback works perfectly!!I also have my phone in my hand often and have tried pop sockets before, this blows them out of the water!Also I must mention the customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with! After months of use, the wingback wouldn’t go flat anymore, so I was ready to replace (for the price, totally affordable to replace) but I first asked Scooch’s support team if there was a way to fix it. “Called and talked to Joey to check to see if they had any 15 pro max phones in stock. He went and check and told me yes. I came into the store and asked for him. He was amazing with the speed and accuracy. He added a line to which saved me over $100. We traded in our old phones got cases and screen protectors. He was very efficient and the entire staff was very friendly. They put the protective screens on all 4 of the new phones. The atmosphere of the store was very welcoming and it was well kept. I must say that the positive reviews were accurate and the customer service did not disappoint. The location is great, organized and clean. The customer service was thorough, kind, and helpful. In addition to purchasing my phone, I also purchased accessories at a great price. All my questions were answered and of my needs were met. Actually, I think Mr. Gammoh went over and beyond. Thank you for your assistance! Mr. Gammoh was excellent. If I never need assistance and or I am ready to add additional phones I will be returning to this location. If you are in the Cincinnati or neighboring area, I think it is worth the drive even if you are further away (like me). I was not sure about switching to Metro but I am so glad that I did. “I had never been to this location, but had no choice as this was the first that i came to in the area without having to go inside the mall. I have to admit that it was dark and this location is located in a strip of stores with a bar in it. The parking lot is not lit so i was a little uneasy about going. I must say I am glad i did.....the guy inside greeted me with a smile and was very friendly and professional. He had me taken care of in no time and on my way home! I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to put in some lights in the parking lot *hint hint*”
