Updating phones can honestly be such a headache, let alone switching phone numbers- but this team took the time to answer all my questions, walk me through everything clearly, and made sure everything transferred and worked properly before I left. “I took my mother into the to get help with her phone she has been there a couple days before when we walked in my mother told the lady my phone is messed up again she ( Becky). Looked at my 83 year old mother and said I told you Monday what to do if it done that again.i told Becky my mother is 83 year old she can't remember that she had the nerve to say then she won't have a working phone I'm so my ad and upset I'm so glad my mother's hearing is bad so mom don't hear what Becky was saying .. “I stopped in Verizon at Hamilton town center for help with a cracked screen cover. I had a really bad experience the day before at another Verizon dealer and was basically told it was my problem to figure out how to handle a warranty issue …even though I had purchased the warranty at that store. I basically wanted to know where and how to do the exchange. I think when you are an old woman , they just don’t care. I was treated with respect and kindness at Hamilton Town Center and I truly appreciate it. A big shout out to the manager and his employees! Thanks a bunch!”
“Please read my entire review! I'm only giving five stars because of our service tech Nick who came out to install our internet service. He was a phenomenal Tech who did a fantastic job setting up our internet and save me the trouble of sending equipment that I didn't need to send. What I mean by this is that AT&T Representatives will tell you to send back the equipment when you actually need it so be very careful when listening to the representatives they steered me the wrong direction three different times and Nick did everything in his power to make it happen for me so thank you again Nick for your awesome service”

“Wow! What a great experience! I've been in sales for a long time and can tell you that this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. First, it was a holiday and the store had 2 other customers and us. Michael, a great sales person and helper, helped everyone in the order that they arrived as well as balancing a couple of us at the same time.
