“A client we service near down-town is in an internet dead-zone. No Comcast (Unless you pay $20,000) or ATT (Unless you again pay thousands for next to nothing). We opted to try ORI's fixed Wifi. Since I believe 2019 ORI has been pretty solid and competitive - giving a client who ran a business off wifi hotspot access to real internet. The staff is great to work with when needed, personal and local. The only half-star I'd take off is it's difficult to reach someone by phone; however emailing yields quick and intelligent (not-canned) responses. ORI is there when the big guys don't want to be bothered.”

I was greeted by Cameron and explained the situation and he went right to work on finding a solution. Alex got involved and found the phone I was looking for at another location and personally drove to pick up the phone for me while I finished the paperwork.
