New Balance Merrillville provides friendly, courteous, and professional service. The staff is polite, very helpful, and knowledgeable. They offer great service and are able to order shoes not in stock, shipping them directly to a customer's house quickly. The shoes are expensive but are of very good quality, comfortable, and recommended by podiatrists. Customers highly recommend this store for its unmatched customer service over ordering online.

They were under construction so the area in the store was just up front. Still, the woman there was great with my kids. She did a 3D scan of my daughter's feet and we found out she had been wearing shoes that were four sizes too small. I highly recommend going here over just ordering shoes online.
