It’s refreshing to have great customer service and smiling faces. “I put in a on line order with jcpenney, to have my order sent to the store for pickup to save on delivery changes, about five days later after putting in my order jcpenney inform me when my order was in, so when I went in to pick up my order I was in and out at no time, so I recommend if you want to save some money this is the way to go.”

“Today I went in to return snow board boots that I purchased and were too big for me at the Zumies store inside Southlake mall. There was a young man by the name of Michael that was working the store. All I have to say is Immaculate customer service. Very polite and helpful person. Michael was very knowledgeable on every gear/equipment in that store. Any questions I had were answered beyond my expectations. Thankyou. Also there was another woman there a few days ago. I don't remember her name but she had colored hair and piercings. Extremely polite and helpful as well. Will be returning.”

Store contains a nice selection of merchandise. Items are neatly arranged on shelves for easier access.
Younger female cashier was very friendly and polite, making the whole shopping experience even more pleasant.”

“Store was organized, but fitting room wasn't maintained. Almost every fitting room had clothing from other shoppers. I went to both fitting rooms. The kids fitting room on second floor was a little cleaner than the lower level.”

“Boot Barn in Merrillville was a fantastic stop! They have a huge selection of cowboy boots, hats, jeans, and western apparel, with something for every budget. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. I bought my Cody James western hat there, and I’m really happy with it—it has become one of my favorite souvenirs from my USA trip. If you’re into western wear, this place is definitely worth a visit!”

“Bobbie was most helpful at the Merrillville store. It was one of the greatest shopping experiences I have ever had. I needed orthotics. She assessed my feet on a special device that checked for foot arches and flat feet (my feet will level any amount of unlevel ground) and found the best orthotics. I have experienced more foot comfort following that store visit than I have had in 1 1/2 months.”
