“Was there Sunday Sept 27th around 4:15ish. There was one employee in the store that we saw. (I *think* his name is Dylan I asked him but I'm old and forgot) He greeted us took very good care of my little softball player. He was apologetic that they didn't have any cleats in the building... but still measured my daughter and got her fitted with some shoes that fit like the cleats would so she could get a feel of the shoe. He did a great job close to quittin time on a customer he knew wasn't going to be spending any money with him. (we would have bought molded cleats and turf shoes had there been any) But now we have the size we need and just need to find the style she likes online and place an order. It's too bad... I'm leery of buying shoes online without trying them on.”

“Today I went in to return snow board boots that I purchased and were too big for me at the Zumies store inside Southlake mall. There was a young man by the name of Michael that was working the store. All I have to say is Immaculate customer service. Very polite and helpful person. Michael was very knowledgeable on every gear/equipment in that store. Any questions I had were answered beyond my expectations. Thankyou. Also there was another woman there a few days ago. I don't remember her name but she had colored hair and piercings. Extremely polite and helpful as well. Will be returning.”

Yesterday I came into the store to shop with my daughters both of these ladies were very helpful and informative on the sales promotions and so kind. They did such a great job I ended up reapplying for an old navy credit card which I vowed to never do again lol thank you ladies for making this a pleasant experience. We need more like you”

“I put in a on line order with jcpenney, to have my order sent to the store for pickup to save on delivery changes, about five days later after putting in my order jcpenney inform me when my order was in, so when I went in to pick up my order I was in and out at no time, so I recommend if you want to save some money this is the way to go.”

“This Buckle is really exceptional for both its employees and manager by the name of Miguel‼️ I only came in this store to browse, although I’ve been to a few Buckle stores before so I’m familiar with the store. I have never gone into any Buckle anywhere, & I travel; none has left such a lasting impression upon me as this one here‼️ Jaylon is an extraordinary employee‼️‼️ This young man not only not only took care of me, he has a wealth of knowledge for his store and products! I was so impressed with him that I ended up shopping with joy as he anticipated my needs, going above and beyond the call of duty in a spirit of excellence‼️ Nadia also aided me with somethings as well -such awesome employees that work with passion, patience, quality, and care‼️ Christopher who also goes by the name of Chris, I called back because I wanted to make sure I had the manager’s name correct for this survey and let me tell you, the smile through the phone and excellence that’s displayed in this store cane right through the phone‼️ Thank you Buckle for such a talented staff and awesome manager in Miguel whom I met & spoke with because I was so impressed with the staff‼️”

“Store was organized, but fitting room wasn't maintained. Almost every fitting room had clothing from other shoppers. I went to both fitting rooms. The kids fitting room on second floor was a little cleaner than the lower level.”

“Boot Barn in Merrillville was a fantastic stop! They have a huge selection of cowboy boots, hats, jeans, and western apparel, with something for every budget. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy. I bought my Cody James western hat there, and I’m really happy with it—it has become one of my favorite souvenirs from my USA trip. If you’re into western wear, this place is definitely worth a visit!”

You can tell the staff works well together and takes pride in what they do. The manager also does a great job running the store and keeping the team organized. They create a positive work environment, communicate well with the staff, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
