“I just want to take a minute to praise the managers and staff that were in charge during the storm yesterday, 8/12/26.
I pulled up right when the tornado sirens started and they welcomed me, my 11 year old, my 7 year old niece, and my 7 month old daughter and lead us straight to safety. In the back there were at least 40+ customers and they handled everyone, every situation, and every alert with complete grace, compassion and fantastic leadership. I had to make the decision to either try to get back in my car and race home, or trust tj maxx and I am so glad I put my trust in them. I can not boast about their actions enough and hope they receive great recognition. Thank You so much from the bottom of my momma heart!!!!!!!”

“Busy location. Congested parking. Variety of items to purchase. Stores relatively organized, considering the amount of foot traffic it receives.
Workers are helpful but only when asked.
Overall, the store is okay.”

“Very pleased with my oil change service from the automotive department today. The young female (blonde w/glasses) running the counter is attentive, quick, and professional. I commend her for her ability to stay on task while dealing with incoming customers, customers waiting, as well as service members. Also, the bearded reddish blonde headed male service member was polite, helpful, and professional.”

“I want to say that our technicians name was Matthew and we had him both times that he had to come over and I’d say he was great! He was very respectful of our home. Communication was also great and he knew what he was doing. I would 100% use sears again in the future.”
