“One of the graveyard shift employees, Brian, is really awesome! If he's having a bad day outside of work, nobody can tell.. he has a truly 'old time' work ethic.. this is the only time I really come in, mainly BECAUSE of him.. personable, kind, friendly, also someone I would call 'defender of the under-(dog, estimated, privileged, fed, known, anything, really)', I have seen this person demonstrate that there CAN be help, for any & all, that humanity CAN be a GOOD WORD/PHRASE/EVENT..without the underlying stressors, connotations, or factors most 1) MEN, 2) BLACK MEN, & 3)BLACK MEN & WHITE WOMEN seem to have or harbor.. he needs a RAISE!”

“I was here last week around midnight and to my surprise was confronted with a gunman that had pulled out a semi-auto pistol and continued to unload a full clip too some kids that didn't look but fresh out of high school that had been loitering at the convenience store they had asked me for a couple of dollars and I kindly gave them $3 and headed into the store as I opened the door I held it for a lady those same kids came running by stopping her in her tracks a black car pulled up and well you know the rest! thank God no one was hurt but in my whole 36 years I had never been apart of such hellacious act! God knows I never want too be again! Lord what has come of this town! But none of this is the blame of the store just a horrendous and tragic wrong place at the wrong time scenario!”

“Me: Yes, I would like to try the Sweet Teriyaki Chicken, the 2-piece Fish meal, the Fried Mushroom, 2-piece chicken (oh my goodness I get the whole leg quarter?), the chicken bacon wrap, some of those tenders (my heavens they give you all of those wedges with that?), 2-scoops of ice cream, and a diet water. Yes Sir, all of this is for me. Cashier: Well you enjoy and let me know how the food tastes when you come back. Your total is..... Now The Facts...Yes I ordered all of this food, no they don't have diet water, and for the Cashier to tell me "let me know how it tastes when you come back" already implied that this Man KNOWS his food is flame and you can't get the same taste from ANY other store/restaurant around here and I as a customer will definitely be coming back. Guess what?!?!? Sugar Drops, this Man KNOWS what he's talking about! This food is so good I promise you I got home and put a sheet over my gold fish named Lucky's bowl just so he wouldn't ask for any and went to town. And yes it was at 9:42pm I ordered this and it was fresh. When I bit into that fish I couldn't catch my breath.... just like my Daddy's Fried Catfish. And trust me you will get your money's worth. P.S. Don't forget to grab a couple of those Honey Buns. 2:00am will come quick and you're going to want that snack. (Even though I wish these folks would...I am not in any way paid for my personal facts. If I only had a nickel for every time I told my truth. LOL!) Y'all eat up and enjoy. YOLO!”

“Service was friendly. Store was clean. Stuff is kinda pricey, but for convenience stores it's competitive. It has good deals on beverages. I do wish they would offer better deals on candy. I miss the 3 for a dollar days. I know I'll never see those days again, but it would be nice if they did something similar. Also I would like to have Phone App functionality at the pump. I have my fuel card on the app and occasionally I would like to just be able to get my gas and go. As it is, I have to go into the store every time. When I'm in a hurry, that can be quite a pain.”

I mean I totally understand using up the remaining mighty & maximum cups with Speedway on them, then changing to the 7-11 slurpy cups.But come on upper management, signage! We old Speedway customers need new 7-11 signage! Meaning the cup holders still have Speedway names and prices on them while filled with 7-11 cups that are not the same sizes and names and I don't know which size to grab for the specials you offer.”

“if you don't like to pay at the u-scan. Go on the weekends. During the week they have like One cashier. So it's better to do it yourself. But on the weekends when I was there last weekend they had like 6 cashiers. That's the first time I seen that in a long time. I didn't know they did it every weekend.”
