In 2018. I went to Jordan’s without an appointment and was greeted by Thomas, who I had dealt with on earlier service a month or so ago. He was able to pull records and move my car into the shop for additional testing. I chose to replace the battery then and there and be on my way.
Thomas was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable of my needs. He represented Jordan’s very professionally and I will make it a point to see him for my future service work.

“I really appreciated that they were flexible with my budget and were willing to use parts I had previously bought when I thought I could do the repair on my own. They were also very quick to respond to messages and were very friendly both in person and over the phone. I used their online quoting system and highly recommend it. However the only thing I did not like was that the expected date of finish for my repair kept getting pushed back due to a headlight that they didn't know needed to be replaced until a couple of days in, I only wished that they had examined that sooner especially because I had brought it up during the quoting process. However I am thrilled with the work they did!”

The repairs were done quicker than I expected. They replaced the rear bumper, repainted, and redid the backup sensors, and the whole job was finished in about two weeks. I thought it would take much longer, but the car looks brand new.”

“My battery died this morning. After a successful jump start, my friend and I drove separately to breakfast, hoping the battery would recharge. Not only did it not recharge, but it also wouldn't recharge while we rried to jump it again. We went to AutoZone and bought a new battery. Even though my car was about a mile away, the Manager, Payton, volunteered to drive to my car and install the new battery. She was awesome! In 15 minutes I was on the road with a new battery. I shop at this AutoZone for all of my car needs. Their customer service is always of the highest quality. Thanks Payton for going the extra mile!”

Pierce and Jesse were amazing and also explained everything when we went to get our courtesy car, which by the way was a 2026 Cadillac XT5 and only had 5 MILES on it! “Hello Everyone! We’ve been using Gurley Leep Motorwerks since the spring of 2025 when we purchased our 2021 Volkswagen Jetta from them. All you have to do is sit back and relax and let Gurley Leep maintain your vehicle. They have a comfortable and spacious lounge area with bathrooms and complementary beverages. They are very accommodating and you don’t have to wait long to get an appointment. We consistently get a complete oil change every 3,000 miles; Michael Ballard has been diligent and excellent at maintaining our vehicle, and we look forward to seeing him every 3,000 miles. “I went here based on reviews and was not disappointed. It's located a bit off the beaten path. Go through the normal door not the garage door if they have it open. You can't really shop here like a typical auto parts store, they will grab whatever you tell them you need from behind the counter. There are a few things you can shop for like oil and WD-40. For best service have the year, make, and model of whatever you are working on. They no longer take checks, not a problem for me but something I wanted to mention. Jeff was very helpful and if I ever need parts again I'll be sure to go here. I can't speak to their prices because I didn't shop around but my total for 2 quarts of oil, air filter, oil filter, spark plug, and battery for a lawn mower was around $100.”

“I don’t normally write reviews this might be my first one. I had the hood of my Toyota Highlander fly up onto my windshield while I was driving on the highway, breaking the hinges and disconnecting the hood from the body. Found Quality Auto Body on Google and decided to give it a shot. The quality of service was fantastic! Sam at the shop was super friendly and very helpful! He explained what needed to be repaired and gave me options on how I would like to proceed. The price was very reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would say it was probably my best experience with an auto body shop. Everything about my experience was wonderful and I will be recommending this shop to my friends and family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality service. I will be coming back in the future if I need any other relevant repairs. Thank you for everything Sam!”
