Outstanding Service from Caliber Collision!
Someone backed into my passenger door and just drove off without taking responsibility — incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, I brought my car to Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
Anthony was the specialist who handled my repair process, and he was every bit the professional — informative, kind, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout and made a frustrating situation feel manageable.

“I've encountered 2 great visits to Zolman's. 1st was needing all new tires with added new brakes. I needed all this soon as I was driving out of state. Done timely with efficiency. Next recent but urgent instance..car making a specific sound that could've been anything costly. Zolmans evaluated, drive car around, kept overnite drive again, yet sound could not be duplicated. Alignment done to bc car pulling to right . Cam bolts replaced. Lengthy explanation for a job well done. It is nothing short of professionalism from mechanic staff to front desk staff ensuring I was constantly informed. Thank you all!!!!”
“Honest and reasonable are two words that describes what I think about badger auto mechanics. I've visited here 3 or 4 times now and each time I needed work done to my car the price for the work was reasonable. If there was nothing wrong with my car they will let me know that, without charging me to inspect it or create problems so that there is something to fix. Also, they have wonderful customer service skills! 10/10 I highly recommend.”

“First time using Kyle’s and they did a great job. Rear brakes and an oil change. Not sure what they did but ever since they changed my oil in my 2012 VW Passat it stopped drinking oil. Usually I would half to add a quart a week and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t had to add any oil? Very close to my house and convenient to drop off and leave keys in the drop box. Highly recommended. Thanks Kyles.”

In 2018. I went to Jordan’s without an appointment and was greeted by Thomas, who I had dealt with on earlier service a month or so ago. He was able to pull records and move my car into the shop for additional testing. I chose to replace the battery then and there and be on my way.
Thomas was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable of my needs. He represented Jordan’s very professionally and I will make it a point to see him for my future service work.

“Kyle's Towing was sent to tow a my sons vehicle through the State Farm Roadside assistance app. It was a Friday evening and I live 900 miles away but they were friendly and speedy with their service. There were some logistic problems on my behalf and they were happy to come back the following day and take care of me. The level of communication through the process was great. “I had another shop install a new transmission in my 1995 Rv. It lasted 3.5 years and 400 miles. Then it went out jut outside warranty. I took it to 2nd shift and Rafael had it back up and running in a week.
Now the rest of the story. Rafael could have just replaced the bad parts and sent it back, but he didn’t. He made sure that it was operating at peak pressures and that it was done right.
I recently took it on a 200 mile trip through hills and small towns and it has never shifted smoother and ran so quietly.
This was a huge blessing for our family and really appreciate Rafael for going the extra mile to repair a 30 year old RV.”

“Perry's Auto did a great job fixing our car. It took two visits but they finally found the cause of the thumping noise in our front end. We got new brakes, rotors, calipers & the hubs & assembly replaced. Along with new shocks & struts, 4 new tires & 4 wheel alignment. Now there is No more thumping due to feathered tires. Thank you Perry Automotive.”
“Not as 'jiffy' as they used to be, but I understand the amount of safety they have to follow takes time, and I went during lunch, so maybe they were short handed. Items like window washing, vacuuming, were marked done or declined but they were not done or declined. Pricey but comparable to the dealer and the oil change I came for was presumably done right, so 4 stars.”

Aaron knew who my husband was, by 1st name, upon immediately seeing him (we’ve bought 8 or 9 cars from this dealership) … as a customer it means a lot when you are recognized.
