“Was an ok shop to look around. Did see some broken items that should have been put in the back. Did find a few good items that we could use. Just really have to watch these places.”
“Customer service is spot on! The staff energy is helpful and it was nice to actually see multiple staff on the floor, rather than having to find someone if I had a question. The shop is small but lots of unique finds. It's all cheap, but that's the goal of the store. My girls love to shop there and it's always a fun experience with friendly staff.”
“I went to this store to return an item and they scanned the ticket and item and could not match it for some odd reason. Judy attempted to help by typing in the items number but said my item was a pair of dress pants (what i was returning was a nike crew neck). I denied and tried explaining my family does NOT use dress pants haha. She also had me type in a phone number for the return and told me it also did not work. Left the store a little bummed because that was the only receipt i had for the item, and it didn’t make sense to me how it didn’t work. I left the store and I looked the item number up myself and it reflected the nike crew neck i was trying to return.
I returned to the store about 15 minutes later to show them. Luckily a lady named Veronica was there to return my item and match up the items number and scanned it and figured all out for me. Her service was exceptional and she tried various ways to figure out the issue. She made it so easy and explained everything to me, honestly still not sure why it was a hassle to begin with lol BUT i left so happy and so impressed my veronica’s knowledge, experience and service. She was super kind!! Really only wrote this review for Veronica. Give that girl a raise, she was awesome !!”

Parking is intense due to the small footprint of the lot.
Employees are hard workers and fairly knowledgeable. Outdoor garden is well stocked with live plants. Checkout wait isn't bad.
Extra busy on the weekends though.
Outside yard is well organized and easy to access. Guard gate is busy but the waiting time to come and go is reasonable. Probably the best Menards overall I've ever been to.”
“I misplaced my cub cadet riding mower key I came in. They told me they had one and even though they didn’t Renee found me one and made me a happy customer. I would recommend this place for anything. These people are amazing very friendly and very eager to please. Thank you Renee for all of your help on the phone and in person.”
“Liked what I bought. Great value. Got the sale price after the sale was over. They forgot to pull the sign. $35.00 additional off by opening an account. Win win. Only complaint , it's just like Lowe's and other stores. NO ONE AROUND TO HELP !!!! Love to vent, have a great day.”

“I've used their new grocery pick up service a few times and I love it! It is so convenient, and such a time saver. The phone to this service is picked up by a live person within seconds..which is a rare and very pleasant experience in today's automated world. I've ordered my grocery items on line and everything is fresh ready for me at the time of my choosing.”
“decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much. I understand if it's difficult there, but it just didn't seem like a super great environment”
“Always a good place to go. I find mostly all that I'm looking for. And mostly all speak when spoken too. I've found that Martians food store has a sour taste and don't like to great the customers as they say good morning.”
