Excellent customer service like hers is rare, and it makes a huge difference. TJ Maxx is lucky to have her!”

“I had went to this specific location since I was near, earlier I went into the store and the cleanliness was above and beyond 10/10! The one thing I liked as well when needed to use the restroom a pin is provided so not just anybody can enter. The females bathroom was freshly cleaned and well took care of :) I love the new inventory! A lot to choose from and you can find items similar to your price range! Needs a bit of work on organizing especially in the men’s section. Shoes are kind of everywhere and see a lot of clothing hanging off the rack.
Overall experience 7/10 (work on tidiness and organization)

“Stopped in for two specific items around 8:30 on a Friday night. The store was very clean, well lit, and most departments were well stocked Despite spending nearly an hour in the store though, I only saw one employee aside from the one at self check out. There wasn’t a single non-self checkout line open. The single employee I did see activity tried to avoid me… we’re talking hide and seek level avoidance and then pretended not to hear me when she was about 8 feet away and looking directly at me.”
“The product availability was excellent and the customer service was great. With a in-store pickup I had no issues and all of my items were there with in a 8 minute time frame.”
“The store has back stock in the isles that needs to be stocked but that's pretty common in these stores in general when the cashiers are expected to put stock away in between customers. Just a quick shopping trip, they had what I needed, prices are fair and typical to what you would expect to pay at a Family Dollar. The Cashier was pleasant and efficient. Yes I would recommend this store And will be a returning customer.”

“I went to Kohl's to pick up an in store order for my daughter. When I walked in, I was unsure where to go and what to do. I asked a lady at the return desk for help. She was extremely kind, retrieved a number I needed to find my package, and helped me find it. I was in and out in less than five minutes.
I was pleased and impressed.”
