The chair was delivered 3 weeks early and the delivery guys were on very courteous and on time. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process. Great experience!”

I had a wonderful experience with Mishawaka Furniture and especially with Tom. When I first visited the store, Tom took the time to help me find a recliner that would best fit my needs. I ultimately special ordered a leather recliner, but before it arrived, I realized it wasn’t going to be the right fit for my body and health concerns.
What impressed me most was how Tom handled the situation. Rather than leaving me with a brand-new recliner that I would have had to try to resell myself, he worked with me and allowed me to pay a reasonable restocking fee. His understanding, flexibility, and genuine concern for my situation demonstrated the integrity of both Tom and Mishawaka Furniture.
While it was unfortunate that the recliner didn’t work out, the quality of customer service I received was exceptional. Tom treated me fairly and professionally throughout the entire process. I’m confident someone else will be thrilled with the beautiful recliner when it arrives at the store.
It’s refreshing to find a business that stands behind its customers and operates with such honesty and compassion. I highly recommend Mishawaka Furniture and would not hesitate to do business with them again.”

“I stopped into Hobby Lobby not expecting much beyond checking a few things off my list, and ended up leaving in a genuinely better mood than when I walked in. That’s thanks to Brittany.
She was helpful from the start — patient, knowledgeable, and happy to point me in the right direction without making me feel like I was interrupting her day. But what really stood out was how easy she was to talk to. We ended up laughing together more than once, and she has one of those smiles that’s just contagious. You can tell she actually enjoys what she does and enjoys people.
It’s a small thing, a few minutes with a sales clerk, but it brightened my whole day. Brittany is the kind of employee who makes a store feel welcoming instead of just convenient. Hobby Lobby is lucky to have her, and I hope someone lets her know she’s appreciated.”

“When ordering something from Amazon last month, I decided to try the Amazon lockers for the first time. This Ross Dress for Less location was the closest to me, so I chose it, and the pickup process was incredibly easy. I was pleasantly surprised that all you have to do is open the Amazon app, which connects to the locker via Bluetooth—no Wi-Fi needed! I was in and out within two minutes both times I picked up packages here. A helpful tip: the lockers are located to the left of the checkout area. I definitely recommend this location for pickups if you are in the area.”
