“They were extremely helpful after a terrible ordeal at the Uhaul pick up on Madison. The S. Madison pick up location gave us no information and failed to tell me they were closed on Memorial Day. She failed to mention the app as well. I was helping a friend move because he had to work and had a time limit to meet. THANKFULLY after 6 different call numbers and disconnected texts we were sent to this location 3 hours later. The ladies were understanding, helpful and go us back on track fast! They really saved a very stressful day.”

“When we came in the guy that helped us rent the truck wasn't very pleasant, you could just tell he didn't care about his job. We brought the truck back with over the amount of fuel that we left with and got charged for not bringing it back with the same amount, luckily we took a picture and had proof of the amount of fuel we left with. I called to explain the issue and it was taking care of immediately, great customer service from the lady on the phone!”
