While he was able to tell me what I still needed, he was not able to produce it. I had to go to another store. It turned out that store didn't print labels either. Still have pages to return.

They are a little bit apprehensive about helping us old timers
But for most part I get what I need... This younger generation has very little patience so if you don't like helping people you should quit or start your own business which requires even more patience!!!
