“We had our Suburban detailed on the inside. It was in terrible shape before hand. Milk spilled in the back and I couldn’t get the smell out, French fries were on the floor and in every crevice of the back seat, and applesauce was on the ceiling. Yep. It was bad. I was amazed that it looked brand new when we picked it up. The smell was completely gone. This was absolutely the best detail job we have ever had and we will come back. Even the leather seats look perfect! Thank you for your help!!”

We hit something on the road this afternoon and when we got to our destination 3 miles down the road from this Monteith, we heard we were losing air from a tire quick after we were stopped. 4 minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon they took our frantic call and stayed late to get us taken care of so we could enjoy our visit in Nappanee and get back home tonight (an hour and 15 minute from here)! Thank you for your assistance, work ethic, and willingness to stay late on a Friday! You made a stressful situation feel like it never happened. Less than 30 minutes after our call we were back in business!”

The prices might be higher, but really do reflect the quality of the work being done. They make sure they get everything handled the right way, instead of sending you home with a vehicle that will have problems. I admire their quality control process, and I especially admire how clean the shop is. They brought me back to show me the situation with my vehicle, which shows me they are honest and transparent. I was impressed with how clean it was in the office, shop, and the curb appeal of the building itself.
The entire staff is professional - Clint and Dawn have been pleasant to work with, Dylan is very kind, patient, and professional, and the technicians are clearly well trained.
I will continue to use and recommend this shop!”
