“Great place to live with friendly staff. Gym is great! Only improvement I would like to see if added parking spots for the 501 building. There is room on the curbs leading to 401 to put 10 more spots.”

It may be 3 miles away fromdowntown New Albany which seemsto be buzzing with night life & maybe2 miles away from the Lewis & ClarkBoulevard Strip mall areas. McDonald's,Walgreen's, Kroger Grocery, SuperAmericagas station, & Harvest House Healthstore(vitamins & more) are all nearby.”

“I love living here. But my neighbors on the bottom floor have all kinds of animals and my whole building reeks of urine/ pneumonia.. you walk in the door it literally burns you in the eyes, I’m on the 3rd floor they are on the first. It’s soooo strong, I keep my apartment clean and smelling good. But the second I open my front door it’s an overpowering smell of piss. I’m not the only person with children in our apartment building either. Completely unacceptable. Their lease should be terminated , been like this for months and it’s UNBEARABLE now.”
