“Great place to live with friendly staff. Gym is great! Only improvement I would like to see if added parking spots for the 501 building. There is room on the curbs leading to 401 to put 10 more spots.”

It may be 3 miles away fromdowntown New Albany which seemsto be buzzing with night life & maybe2 miles away from the Lewis & ClarkBoulevard Strip mall areas. McDonald's,Walgreen's, Kroger Grocery, SuperAmericagas station, & Harvest House Healthstore(vitamins & more) are all nearby.”

“I’ve lived going on 4 or more years. The staff at the office , Keaton and Nate top notch. Karen the manager very attentive. The maintenance group, especially Joe are the best. Reasonable priced and loads of amenities. Check them out for a great place to live.”
