“We moved to New Albany in February and were happy to find out we had a Fifth Third in walking distance to our apartments. We loved our Fifth Third branch in Morganfield, KY and this one in New Albany is just as good. I usually do all my banking online, but decided to go in because my replacement card had been lost in the mail. They were very kind and accommodating. Got me my replacement card within 3 days. Hoping to work with them in our efforts to buy a house in a year or so.”
