I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service we received at your New Albany, Indiana branch on Saturday, February 21st.
We arrived shortly before 11:00 a.m. to exchange U.S. dollars for euros for a group of 20 students. Knowing the bank closed at 12:00 p.m., we were mindful of the time. However, the young lady who assisted us was incredibly kind, polite, and thorough throughout the entire process. She willingly completed 20 separate transactions so that I would not have to divide the funds later, which was extremely helpful.
Even though the process extended past closing time and we did not finish until approximately 12:45 p.m., she remained professional, patient, and gracious. Her willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed.
