“This review is for NORA , a young lady whom in my opinion needs recognition for Boost employ of the year along with a raise or promotion.

My Mother has been with Boost for close to 30yrs ... She has 5 lines for $100 mo. Where Boost only offers 4 lines for $120 mo. The 5 lines are Grandfathered in to explain why so cheap.
Nevertheless, while here on vacation, my phone broke, and Mother received a text message on her phone stating we could upgrade for $4.99.
Now boost made a mistake somewhere and we wasn't able to upgrade at that rate and the rate would turn out to be 170 something dollars....
NORA, what a fabulous young lady even though boost was blocking her from being able to give us a $4.99 upgrade in their screw up she was very professional she was very sweet talking she understood she took my SIM card put it on a poster note communicated with my mother in Florida and tried every way possible to help us. In the end my SIM card to the phone she kept on a post note at the Boost store she gave me her personal cell number and even worked on it on her own time to try and come up with a resolution...
Now I understand none of this was her responsibility it was boosts responsibility to fix it. But I found this young lady to have been very professional in going the extra mile for her job when she didn't have to.
So thank you Nora may God bless you and your family and I give a five-star rating to the employee Nora and no stars to boost.
So in my opinion boost get it right you make the job for your employees harder when it should be made easier what would I like to see come of this I think you should give it young lady a raise she has a kid she has family she's doing what she should be doing while you sit back in an office and do nothing.
