He, he spoke to his boss in the process so I feel very reassured. I’m 76 years old and I don’t understand most of this so it’s nice to have somebody take time with me. Thank you.”

“It's nice to finally have no issues after a nightmare dealing with the Fairdale store.I went in the Fairdale store last Wednesday to buy a Samsung phone and got talked into a Motorola Edge which is worst phone I've ever used.It for one had been associated with another number,glitched,kicked me off apps,had issues using the keyboard and wanted to return it from day one.Five trips back to that store to return it ,or get it to work properly all failed.I was told I would hate this Samsung phone ,but all lies,I am very happy, just wish I could get back the $60 or $70 I wasted on gas and the price difference as the Samsung was a little cheaper.The guy that helped me today was great and did an amazing job making sure I was happy”

“Luke was amazing. He made everything really easy to go through. We switched from t mobile. The walk in customer service was much better than t mobile ever was. The store manager I believe his name was DJ he went on and got our plan and phones ready for us. He even took into account of my work day id probably need a work line (I do) and was able to bundle and get us a good deal. Way cheaper than t mobile with wayyyy better phone service. I want to thank yall for all the help and being amazing at customer service and your job in general!!”
