“So I'm giving Red Dot 5 stars. But we purchased a locker, arrived and it was empty! The previous owners cut off the lock and emptied the locker. I was not happy! Red dot immediately apologized and refunded our money. Still waiting for the refund from Storage Auctions .com. hopefully soon as it was a significant amount. Great service by the rep on the phone and the young lady that helped us at Red Dot #47.”
