“Had some problems with the online system (couldn't log in, forgot password form did nothing), especially moving out (seemed very handy at the time until it didn't successfully complete the process), but the lady on the phone got the process complete and send a refund for the month after I tried to move out. Facilities are fine, even stayed dry through the massive flooding New Castle received.”
