“Did some work for Ashley, she is great to work with. She has a positive attitude, super friendly and professional! Give Storage Crib a call, they won let you down!!”
“Had some problems with the online system (couldn't log in, forgot password form did nothing), especially moving out (seemed very handy at the time until it didn't successfully complete the process), but the lady on the phone got the process complete and send a refund for the month after I tried to move out. Facilities are fine, even stayed dry through the massive flooding New Castle received.”

“I am very, very grateful to the team at Storage Prime New Castle. I had some very important personal items stored with them for a significant amount of time. These items were very special to me and they were fragile. I was praying that everything would be safe, clean, and dry,. When my best friend went to pick these items up, they were all in perfect condition!!! I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am! Highly recommended!!!”
