“I know that Gillman‘s has different stores around the state and maybe even other states so it may not be a local hometown kind of lumberyard. However, this place is very much a hometown lumberyard. It is local people helping local people with their lumber and home repair needs.When we have lived other places, the closest was the big orange box store with HD on the front. I disliked very much going there. However, this place, which also has orange on its front, is a place that I do not mind going to. The people are helpful and knowledgeable and if you have a question that they can’t answer right then, they will do their best to get an answer for you.We like our local hometown lumberyard ~ aka Gillian’s.”
“I am handicapped the employee helped me find a electric cart that worked it took (3) before one actually worked. 100 percent battery and it was dead on one trip to the back of the store and back. Only got 3 bottles fuel conditioner and left. shopped somewhere else. God bless the employee who pushed me to my car. Rural king you had best replace those carts. I would be afraid to go back and get stranded”
