“I met two of the nicest guys in the automotive trade. Ralph owner of Barkers on US hwy 30 E new haven, Indiana. I had a car that when you drive down the road it sounded like a vacuum cleaner was running beside your ear. Ralph took a look at it. Diagnosed the problem said it was door pins. I was thinking weatherstripping etc. I left the car there. Got a call that same day. Problem fixed. Great couple of guys. It's nice to see genuine people. A very solid 10 stars if I could give it. 5 will have to do. Say hi to the Dog when you stop in. He's a big baby. Can't wait for something else to go wrong. We'll not really but I know where I will be going.”

“I travel for work and on my way to work, my brakes started grinding and screeching even while not pressing on the brake pedal!! My gauge also went off that a tire was going flat. I called my boss to tell her what was happening and she recommended norms bc she had been a customer for years, and they were across the street. I called norms and by this time it's almost 10am and they were so pleasant and understanding!! I was so relieved considering I was almost 2 hours from home. They got my car, dropped me off at work, fixed my brakes, fixed my tire (ran over a nail) rotated my tires and changed my oil for cheaper than a well known chain shop for just changing brakes alone!!
This shop I hear is family owned and operated. I hope they never lose their connection with the public not just customer service but going above and beyond and keeping their prices low and affordable, which is unheard of nowadays!
Especially thank you to Brad. He is the face you see and voice you hear and when you need a ride, he accommodates with such a friendly and kind attitude. Thank you Norms!! I really appreciate and applaud you for not only holding onto, but especially practicing old fashioned values and principles with manners!!

“Rob has taken care of my after several frauds took advantage of me. I called him crying and he dropped everything and came and got my car and is fixing all the stuff people scammed me on because I don't know anyone here yet. But I found someone trustworthy finally and then my other car broke down and he came and got it and got it back on the road immediately. Taking all my cars to him from now on and you should too. He knows a lot and notices all of the things other people just don't. Also he's usually got a good deal on a cheap car for sale for those struggling just to have a car. He gives to mom's and kids and does the opposite of taking advantage. If you're a woman or disabled then this is where you know you're not gonna get scammed like you would other places. And he tows so if you need that.”

“Got a brand new 2024 Escape on 6/21. The next day one of the windows failed to roll up. I brought it in on 6/24, they shuffled things around and got my car in and fixed in around an hour with no appointment. They went above and beyond to take care of my issue.”

“My Mazda CX-5 experienced a mishap a few months ago leading to a dent on the front driver side fender above the wheel on the body line. But no longer a problem after taking my car to Dent Terminator. I was skeptical as it seemed like an unlikely location for successful dent removal, but to my surprise they prevailed. They removed the dent with little to no proof of a dent ever existing there and was able to do it without any harm to the paint in any way! 5 stars! Very pleased!”
