“This bank is my new bank family! I went in there ROARING one day, I was so mad that I had gotten screwed over about something.. they all urgently scrambled to help me even. Ever since , I feel like I have been friends with one of the girl tellers, and they are always so pleasant! Its nice to be treated good from a lil bank family like that!”

“From Manager Minnich and Assistant Shannon to the fantastically kind and personable and efficient Eric and Kayla and Anita, you will never find people at a bank that take care of their customers better than these fine people do. They are all just the kind of people you like to be around. When you walk in it's like you're being welcomed into a warm home environment. It's hard to put into words but I couldn't recommend this location in New Haven with any more enthusiasm. They are worth a little drive if need be to get there.”

“I found Partners 1st when I bought a car and they provided the financing at better rates than my current credit union. When my current credit union informed my I had to make 15 debut purchases a month instead of 10 I looked at all the credit unions and liked what Partners 1st offered. They provide free checks, free checking, and debit cards with no minimum purchases per month. I also like the round up option you can opt in where they round all checks and debit card transactions up to the even dollar and put the extra change in your savings account. Checking account balancing is easier and you have extra savings - a great concept.There is a friendly atmosphere and the people take the time to make sure you are satisfied. If your banking institution is treating you like a number, give Partners 1st a try.”
