Once I walked into their store I was very surprised by the amount of product and people working that were willing to share knowledge and recommendations. “I went in to get the New Lebrons, Kyree not only tookthe time to help me get my shoes but engaged in conversation with me and made me feel comfortable. Also while helping me he was attentive to other customers and respectful when helping them as well.Everyone else seemed vary engaged and helpful. Seeing comments on some of these reviews seems very misleading. If you go into a store in a bad mood you'll leave in a bad mood and try and find something to be an issue... “Store was clean and fresh feeling.. Nothing overwhelming about the store setup or the staff. Was easy to see what they had and a nice assortment of goods..Guys were friendly without being overbearing..Honestly, you can buy firearms almost anywhere you want, but it is the guy behind the counter that makes all the difference.. Prices were inline with what you find online yet you get to do a face to face transaction.. big plus...For me, this is the best of the 3 Fort Wayne stores I have purchased from.. Shall return again..”
“Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.”

The nice gentleman that rang me up gave me some pretty good technical tips for my firearms. The store is pretty low-key. I found more than I was looking for, and the prices are lower than Sportsman's...byfar. Plus, they have a better selection of firearms and firearm accessories.”

“Went in about 30 minutes before closing on a weeknight and I was able to get help right away. The associate was knowledgeable enough - matching what my podiatrist said on supination. Decent number of colors in stock available in various brands/styles and the prices on the new trends were competitive with online stores ($0-$10 higher than Amazon). I bought shoes from them in 2008 and they're impressively still a quality local retailer!”
