“We’ve relied on Tredway for service, chemicals, and advice since the installation of our pool in 2023. They always greet you with a smile, willingness to help and make you feel like you’re part of a giant pool family. Service is always very personable. It’s impressive that they remember your name or even the fact that you’ve been struggling with specific pool chemical issues. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with our choice to have Tredway install our pool. It’s hard to find this level of service these days.”

“As I read over these comments before going in I was really nervous once I got there. I was expecting the worst, but my daughter worked really hard for this jacket and I wanted to be sure she got it. When the man came out from in back he was nothing but kindness. He took so much time with us making sure my daughter had the perfect fit. He made sue that all of her patches and font of her name were exactly how she wanted them. He told me they were about a week out (he had the jacket in store, did not need to order her one) and would call me when it was ready. We just hit a little over the 2 week mark today and so I thought I would call. Again, I was nervous because of these reviews saying how rude these people are, but thought I'd try. Again, he was as nice as could be. Apologized for the delay. He said they had just received some finished jackets in yesterday but had not had time to go through them and make phone calls. He looked through the shipment while I was on the phone and let me know our jacket had come in. I have not one negative thing to say regarding this company and would recommend then to anyone looking for a Letterman jacket.”

Noticed the slide was not going into battery on its own weight , kinda obviouse first rack, no need to continue messing with it their , so sale goes threw i get home and tare it apart after work and find a few minor surface rust in spots witch we're holding it up , lil cleaning ( light scrub) and polishing with lube it runs smoothly !”

Although, there was only one team member present she was very attentive and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. I also overheard her being just as helpful to some other customers that walked in after me. I believe her name is Neva.
