“This is a great local hardware store. Love that it is an Ace Hardware now, so if I need my screens replaced again I can bring them here. I have purchased a number of items online and picked them up here. I have to say they are super helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help. Case and point: I showed up about a minute before closing to pick up a purchase and they remained open just to get me my item. I consider that great customer service. I will continue to get my products from Walker Ace. Great store!”

“This is my "home base" harbor freight store. The staff is always extremely friendly. While many have gone above and beyond over the years, I have to give extra props to Alex. He goes out of his way every time to take the experience from A to A+. It's best to shop the coupons and deals they have here as almost everything will be on sale or have a discount sooner or later. Quality can vary, they have some fantastic quality stuff, some alright stuff, and some stuff that's less than desirable. However, for the prices almost everything is a steal. I've not had any problems with any of the hand tools which are warrantied for life, or anything labeled Bauer or Hercules. Warrior branded stuff can be hit or miss though. Overall I am extremely satisfied!”
“This is a great hardware store and home store in the Greenfield retail area. It has tons of stuff from tools to plumbing to electrical to lumber to Holiday decorations to flooring. Everything you could want from a large box hardware store. I came here to get Traeger pellets and they did not have the ones that I wanted, but they do have a good selection of them as well as Traeger accessories and, Weber grill accessories, and grills. They have a ton of holiday items, including reeds and decorations, poinsettias and a Christmas tree lot. I don't come here very often and even though they didn't have what I needed this time I will soon be back.”

“9/12/24 I was in a fairly urgent need for a string trimmer. I placed an on line order for one and left to go pick it up. Upon arriving to the store, they informed me that my order was canceled because they only had one in the model that I ordered and it was damaged. Upon informing them that I hadn’t received the cancellation notice, they proceeded to search for a comparably priced alternative and the next closest one was $100.00 more than the one that I had purchased. Instead of sending me out the door empty handed they offered me a discount that priced this unit reasonably close to the one I ordered. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the staff is always reasonable and kind. Thank TSC for helping to keep us moving.”
“Was shopping for a stove. We bought the one I wanted. I was ultimately disappointed that Home Depot does not allow the discount for veterans to be applied to appliances. The delivery date was set for 2 days later. Then it was pushed back 2 more days. It was once again pushed back 3 more days. We had removed the old stove in preparation for the first date. So we were without a stove for 7 days.”

She is so wonderful, since I just moved here a week ago she was a kind smile to soften the blow of my mishap. Thank you Wendy! Jacob in appliances was also a great help. Both were sweethearts.”

“I've been to hardware stores all over the US, and Walker Ace Hardware is, hands down, the best hardware store I've ever set foot in. I'm one of those that'll go to a store, looking for a part or a tool that doesn't even exist, and end up with a few staff members helping me search for a part or a tool that doesn't even exist. This store, though, has had the part or tool that I've needed, every time. The staff members are all cool, and would probably help look for a tool or a part that doesn't exist, however, they could just direct someone toward the hardware section, where they stock everything one might ever need, to bring the non-exising item into existance.It's worth a visit.”
