He didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Corey finished the job in no time and he was very helpful as well. You have 2 great team members and it's like they have worked together forever. “We are traveling in our camper van and started hearing a strange noise from our radiator fan. We took it to Hobbs based on the glowing online reviews we saw. Showed up in the morning with our fingers crossed that they could at least take a look at the problem. Friendly staff said they would try to get the van in for at least a look. “Went to a competitor down the street and they did not have the type of synthetic European oil that I needed, then sent me on my way. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they too did not have the oil I needed The difference is Jiffy Lube called around town to see if they could find it for me and they did. I got my oil changed the next and the service And staff were exceptional. I will definitely start getting my oil changed there from now on”

“Pablo is the man. Worked a terrific deal for me, had me in and out. He was the one salesperson out of 10 I talked to that actually got how to get me in the door…by not wasting my time. Worked me up a deal over the phone, and it was the same deal I got when I went in person. This dude wants to make his customers happy and he did just that. No brainer going to see Pablo at Dellen for your next car!”
“Out of the three times I’ve been here, two have been absolutely wonderful for my oil change. Once with an older man who informed me of the day’s women’s discount (I did not know of) and helped figure out what oil my car used (which I did not know) and the third with a man who, although seemed stressed, told me how long the oil filter that I needed, which they did not have at the moment, would take to deliver and offered me another time (he also went through every process correctly for the change). The second of which, was absolutely horrid.
For background, I am female and was 18 at the time of the change. At this point I knew what my oil costed and what kind I needed. After getting in I hopped out and told them I was there for an oil change, to which the man looked at his buddy, chuckled, then looked back at me asking “are you sure? It’s expensive.” I said I was sure and he proceeded to ask if I “even knew what kind of oil I needed.” I told him I needed synthetic oil, it would be $80, and he sarcastically responded “ooooo, someone knows her stuff. They didn’t reset my screen or place the reminder sticker on my car, which didn’t matter since I knew how to reset my own screen and know when to get my oil change, but it made me think about not coming back to the location for my third change. Hoping my 4th visit is more pleasant.”
“Needed tires quick since the pressure light was on, and we had a family trip planned. I called and talked to Kyle. He informed of an awesome deal with same-day availability for installation although they were very busy. The staff kept me informed and even though a stuck bolt pushed my turn back over an hour, he still made sure my car was done fast in order for me to beat the bus home for my kid. Very helpful and kind.”

The lady at the service desk is very nice and yesterday I was in at 7am and was checked out by 8am. She is a joy to talk to.
I would make it a point to make an appointment for service. Take 5 charged me 95.00 to do syn oil change. It took about 15 minutes. Got a candy bar and a bottle of water, too
Walmart charges me 53.00 after tax and I shop while I wait.”

“My experience was great! Prices definitely went up and I’m in a pretty tight budget but I definitely feel the guy who helped me at the brookville rd location was incredibly humanistic and considerate! He offered and advised what was needed or could use improvement but did not at all make me feel pressured to do additional things or upgrade certain services, and also offered alternatives when he saw me fighting with myself mentally on what to do. They were super quick and had me in and out! Probably one of the best experiences Ive had with jiffy live though none of them have actually been “horrible”!”
