“Just moved to town and was due for an oil change. I had only ever taken my car to the dealership back in NC, so going somewhere new had some anxiety attached to it.
Justin was super welcoming and very helpful at explaining and letting me know what was the same type of oil I was getting before. Didn’t try to upsell me like other places will do. Even filled up my windshield wiper fluid with the one that I was given for cold weather but didn’t know how/what! I appreciate the hard work even during the cold. Shout out to Linley for changing my oil out and Caleb for the additional help that he was!

“I usually do my own oil changes but decided to let someone else do the job. The price wasn't too bad the guy that helped me had a very calm and comforting tone. I got my oil and air filter changed ,battery cleaned, and all my fluids topped off. He explained everything along the way. I was able to get everything done on my lunch break. I did NOT leave there feeling ripped off. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get in and out with no appointment”

“We are traveling in our camper van and started hearing a strange noise from our radiator fan. We took it to Hobbs based on the glowing online reviews we saw. Showed up in the morning with our fingers crossed that they could at least take a look at the problem. Friendly staff said they would try to get the van in for at least a look. “Out of the three times I’ve been here, two have been absolutely wonderful for my oil change. Once with an older man who informed me of the day’s women’s discount (I did not know of) and helped figure out what oil my car used (which I did not know) and the third with a man who, although seemed stressed, told me how long the oil filter that I needed, which they did not have at the moment, would take to deliver and offered me another time (he also went through every process correctly for the change). The second of which, was absolutely horrid.
For background, I am female and was 18 at the time of the change. At this point I knew what my oil costed and what kind I needed. After getting in I hopped out and told them I was there for an oil change, to which the man looked at his buddy, chuckled, then looked back at me asking “are you sure? It’s expensive.” I said I was sure and he proceeded to ask if I “even knew what kind of oil I needed.” I told him I needed synthetic oil, it would be $80, and he sarcastically responded “ooooo, someone knows her stuff. They didn’t reset my screen or place the reminder sticker on my car, which didn’t matter since I knew how to reset my own screen and know when to get my oil change, but it made me think about not coming back to the location for my third change. Hoping my 4th visit is more pleasant.”
“Pablo is the man. Worked a terrific deal for me, had me in and out. He was the one salesperson out of 10 I talked to that actually got how to get me in the door…by not wasting my time. Worked me up a deal over the phone, and it was the same deal I got when I went in person. This dude wants to make his customers happy and he did just that. No brainer going to see Pablo at Dellen for your next car!”
“Needed tires quick since the pressure light was on, and we had a family trip planned. I called and talked to Kyle. He informed of an awesome deal with same-day availability for installation although they were very busy. The staff kept me informed and even though a stuck bolt pushed my turn back over an hour, he still made sure my car was done fast in order for me to beat the bus home for my kid. Very helpful and kind.”
“So far, about 20 years, I have had excellence service from the Walmart at Pendleton Pike.
The lady at the service desk is very nice and yesterday I was in at 7am and was checked out by 8am. She is a joy to talk to.
I would make it a point to make an appointment for service. Take 5 charged me 95.00 to do syn oil change. It took about 15 minutes. Got a candy bar and a bottle of water, too
Walmart charges me 53.00 after tax and I shop while I wait.”
“I purchased a tire online and scheduled an appointment to have it installed. My first flat tire ever, was nervous about it. When I got to my appointment, they told me I didn’t need to spend all that money on a new tire and they could fix my original tire for $15. They were quick and very friendly. Recommend.”

“The services I received were professional and positive. So thankful I had the fluids topped off and my tires rotated.
Not so thrilled about the potential tie rod problems but will deal with that as soon as possible. Thankful I was told about it!
