“Once I finally got in, they worked quickly. BUT, I had made an appt. Online on the Jiffy Lube website so I wouldn’t have to wait as I had several other appts that day. The girl who took my info swore they had never taken appts… that it was always first come first served. I was NOT happy! If I had known this… I would have chosen a different day when I didn’t have other appointments. Why would the Jjffy Lube app say you can make an appt. If it wasn’t the case? Very confusing and aggravating!”

They don’t try to sell you anything or get you to spend more than necessary, but also willing to do any foolishness one wishes on a car that probably isn’t worth the effort otherwise, because they know it isn’t always about facts, but sometimes feelings with some cars.”

Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.
Above all else, integrity means everything to us (even if we pay a little bit more), but we were thrilled to get the complete package: trust, professionalism, and consideration. -Andrew”

“The oil change was quick but I had accidentally pushed the accelerator ( I use hand controls) and not the brake and the tech said brake lights were working which means he did not check them. As to checking fluids, my car was in the shop a few days later and the Power steering fluid was low. There was a leak due to a hose. The tech said the fluids wer fine. It has made me doubtful that the fluids are being checked but I will continue to go to valvoline since my mechanic caught it. The techs are very nice but need to be sure they are actually doing the 18pt inspection.”

“Went to a competitor down the street and they did not have the type of synthetic European oil that I needed, then sent me on my way. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they too did not have the oil I needed The difference is Jiffy Lube called around town to see if they could find it for me and they did. I got my oil changed the next and the service And staff were exceptional. I will definitely start getting my oil changed there from now on”
