“Very convenient location when I’m in the Greenwood area always very clean well lit. Very safe area also which is extremely important to me. Large gas station easy to maneuver to get to the pumps, which is much appreciated. Also, they always have towels and window cleaning fluid to clean the windows. Highly recommend this location.”

“The only down side to this location is the lack of drive thru but I gladly go in because one, it's Target lol and two, because of the service. Patrick is the nicest person. He has neighborhood dad vibes and I want him to adopt me- he just is always so nice and helpful. My kids are always with me and I never feel bad when they're being a lot because the pharmacist is just so nice and patient.”

“A few staff are very needlessly rude and short. However the majority of the staff are kind and helpful. My medication is usually ready when they say it will be. Usually staffed well but the drive thru isn’t always open. I’m disabled so getting into the store can be a challenge. Overall pleased compared to a lot of pharmacy’s out there.”

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! “The Walgreens on 10th & Post is the worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. They never have my prescriptions ready even though they text me to tell me they are. They are very rude & sarcastic. The lone bright spot in the whole Pharmacy is the Pharacist named Catryce. She helped us everytime with care, professionalism & concern. She deserves a 10 star rating. Everyone else should be fired!”

“I am a bit frugal in some areas of my life….CVS offers wonderful coupons though at times to be expected glitching happens…..They don’t work……It’s a hassle to re-ring up your items but when you have a very lovely kind and patient manager who gets you through the process…..it’s not so frustrating nor annoying…..great customer service is quite rare these days and definitely appreciated location in Indianapolis at 21st and Post Road.”

“Everything about this CVS is great except for the pharmacy at times. There have been many times that we've had to call them to fill our medications despite there being an online order. The worst part is rarely being able to get someone to answer the phone. That leaves only one option... drive there, let them know you have a refill or an order that was put in & stand around & wait for however long it takes for them to fill it & hope they aren't busy.”

“We recently had a few wonderful experiences at CVS New Pal! First, with Emy that works in the pharmacy and the Pharmacist. They both were kind to us and everyone we saw them interact with. It truly makes a difference when a person is passionate about their career, caring towards people and have the softskills. Great customer service is key in these positions.
Also, Ms. Mary in the Minute Clinic is a gem. My son was sick and she treated him as he was her own. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring towards others. She even invited us back to just come say while we were shopping.
Last night the cashier in the front welcomed us in and we had a lovely chat as well.
Kudos to CVS and the hiring team.
