“This is the only pharmacy I have ever recommended to anyone, and I always will! I've been using this location for 4 years now and they're exceptional. Truly care to get you taken care of, they've helped me save money by using good RX when they see it's cheaper than using my insurance. They've helped me with emergency refills when I lost my medication. They've made sure to get my children's medications as fast as possible. They are usually very busy but also very efficient and completely worth the wait.”

“Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! He looked it up and said it'll be filled in 10 to 15 minutes.....and it was:) I received the phone message as well. He answered the phone and was cordial with a serving attitude.....a rarity in today's times. Great customer service from both technician and pharmacist at Walgreens on Pendleton pike and Sunnyside. “The Walgreens on 10th & Post is the worst Pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. They never have my prescriptions ready even though they text me to tell me they are. They are very rude & sarcastic. The lone bright spot in the whole Pharmacy is the Pharacist named Catryce. She helped us everytime with care, professionalism & concern. She deserves a 10 star rating. Everyone else should be fired!”
