“I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I noticed my Cockapoo was struggling with a potential ear infection late in the evening and called at 5:30 PM, fearing the worst. To my surprise, they were still open and—even more impressively—able to fit me in the very next afternoon!
The moment we walked in (a bit early), we were greeted with such warmth. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, checking us in immediately and getting us settled into a room without any delay. We only waited a few minutes before a wonderful, personable technician came in. She listened so intently to my concerns, even repeating everything back to ensure she had every detail perfect.
The doctor was truly fantastic—so gentle and patient with my dog, and they took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. While my pup’s ears were being flushed, I waited in the lobby feeling completely at ease knowing she was in such capable hands.
It is a one-hour drive for us, (2 hourse roubd trip) but the genuine love, compassion, and high-quality care this office provides makes every mile worth it. If you want the absolute best for your furry friends, this is the place to go!

Due to pain issues I've been having, working fulltime, raising two toddlers, etc I sadly haven't been able to keep up on our old man's long coat anymore ☹ He ended up getting a TON of mats. He's a long haired husky. Mary groomed him for us yesterday and did such an amazing job!!!! ? He looks handsome and I know he feels so much better ?? Thank you so so so so so much Mary!!!! It meant a lot to us all the work you did on our guy to help him feel better and look handsome. We will be coming to you all the time now to keep up on his coat ? “I just got off the customer service line with a rep that assisted me after I made a purchase of Cheristin via Amazon. The box appeared to be altered after someone scratched out a section on the side with a black Sharpie. In concern it may have been an expiration date I called the 1-877 number to see if they could check that the product was safe via the lot number. Turns out it was a tracking device to help the company track who the product was sold to and how it was stored, etc. The lady that assisted me (I believe her name was Sara?) was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and listened to my story and answered any questions I had. She informed me of what that information was that was scratched out, as well as on that fact that while it is an OTC product, they only sell to vet offices. I appreciate the time that was taken to assist me in this matter.”
