“Technician was great. Friendly and professional. Did job quickly and was on time. My issue keeping this from 5 star is I had them out to look at 2 things and got charged the fee twice even though it was the same trip, same Technician. Not Technicians fault, poor policy”

“The store is bigger than the one in KY that's a big +. prices are high a bit. like how the store shoe part takes me back to feeling like i am back in the 80s or late 90s love that feeling. & one thing like like about this store is the fact that the women if they need kitchen stuff they must go up to the mens part lol & if guy needs a watch he must go to the womens part smart move making people walking round for other things. lack of video games part that's ok. feels like i went back in time to better place but some of the prices are kind of wild.”

I have been going there for years and it's never happened. I was pretty let down. I'm a single mom just trying to save money and got swindled.”
“This TSC store has a smaller footprint than others I've been in recently throughout the tri-state, but it has had all regularly needed items for my household. I also can readily find what I need quickly, rather than wondering around in other big box stores or RK for a simple purchase item. The service level is always good here, as well.”

“My first time here, I had a birthday gift card, and I must have spent 2 hours in there looking around. Very good prices on cotton sheets and comforters and throws and pillows and everything you need to make your home comfy. Unique items. I got a faux fur blanket and cotton sheets and Vietnamese coffee, and Italian vanilla wafer cookies and coconut crisps,& probiotic protein bars. All for a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a gift this is the place, something for everyone.”

“Ive never left a review for a Walmart in my life. BUT an associate named Crystal deserves it. I was there earlier with my teenage son and my toddler son. My toddler was definitely timing out so I headed for the register and was greeted with a SMILE - I cant tell you how long it’s been since a Walmart employee did that alone. She could also tell I had my hands FULL and before I even got all the way to her register she had seen we had items under our cart. She was around the corner of her register ready to go ahead and scan them while I unloaded our cart onto the belt. She was SO SO patient and kind the entire time, even when I noticed my son grabbed the $6 gallons of milk rather than the Walmart brand (sorry but with three boys - we cannot afford that!). She intentionally took her time (no line behind us) scanning our items while my son ran to grab the great value brands. I just so appreciate her kindness and customer service in general but certainly in that moment. Thank you Crystal.”
