“I love coming here and the only reason is management, they got my favourite product haze connect and I drive all the way from their other location at Franklin st. I have asked so multiple times to bring this haze connect devices at Franklin’s street but they aren’t into customer relationship.”

“I wasn't planning on reviewing Sunrise however when using Google to check what time they opened I was shocked to see SO many 1☆ Reviews, and strongly disagree.
My experiences have always been somewhere between uneventful to quite pleasant. There are times when I've gone in and simply been rang up then hit the door and then there are times when I've had some great impromptu conversations between being rang up and hitting the door. However, I can honestly say that I've never received rude service nor have I had any situations that would warrant a complaint.
I think what most people don't take into consideration is just how short staffed almost every business is currently which results in those in Customer Service roles being overworked and dealing with increasingly more demanding and customers who've become much more entitled, demanding & rude.
Are there times that I may have to wait a couple of minutes ~ yes, there's usually only ONE employee working and I'm not the only customer nor their only responsibility (deliveries, mail, etc).
Are there times when they've not got smiles planted on their face and don't initiate small talk ~ absolutely, but they're never rude and they always respond if I do.
Overall, I have zero complaints and am thankful for the staff they have currently, especially since they're able to continue operating during their set Business Hours. I also think that they're worthy of the 5☆ Review that I'm giving since I've always received good service.....”

“A Great Gas station it is nice and clean with lots of options for food . They have tacos and fried chicken inside the store . A nice sitting area and clean bathrooms . If you dont want to go in they have a drive thru for Taco Tienda .”

“I love going to the Marathon in Newburgh Indiana my dad told me a long time ago this is the only place I should be getting my gas they put detergent in their gas Marathon was the only place when my dad went to get gas when he was alive I am just carrying on the tradition I get Fountain drinks from here too the store in Newburgh everyone is always kind and nice and speaks to you asks you how are you today I like that I work at a Domino's and I ask my customers all of rhe time too I think it is a nice thing to do to care about people”
“I'd recently started using the Marathon app and had a question, so I went inside. The manager, SAM, was BEYOND HELPFUL! She took her time with me, was VERY PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and POLITE! SAM treated me like a long-time family friend! She suggested that the next time I stop in, I ask for her BEFORE I pump to make sure I was getting all the rewards possible and not missing out on any Marathon or On the Fly offers! I did so today.
After having two VERY POSITIVE and SINCERE interactions with her, I can honestly tell you that SAM is definitely a people person and an extremely hard worker! She truly cares about customers being satisfied both inside and outside the building! THANK YOU, SAM, for helping me and for not just WHAT you do but HOW you do it!

“Always have what we're looking for when we stop at a gas station for drinks,snack and fuel.If one thing I would like to see an improvement on and that would be the fresh food prices they need to be looked at. Resturant prices for quick food it shouldn't be.”
