Has to be the worst choice we've made. The people at my branch are awesome. Everything else about this bank makes no sense whatsoever.

Nosy, and ignorant staff. Constantly badgers my kid for cashing his SS check and not putting any in savings (because he has bills to pay). He's a good kid and they constantly make him feel like a criminal. Do NOT bank here. Their staff is rude and their banking system is trash too.

The staff at the Newburgh branch were very supportive when my wife died. Not only did they know all the legalities involved with closing down her accounts, but they listened to a broken hearted husband grieve the loss of his soulmate. I'll never forget their kindness and caring. Thank you LNB
