I wish every business was this easy to work with.A little info on what service I needed from auto outfitters.I needed my sunroof replaced. The tech recommended I check with the company who manufactured the sunroof because it might fall under a recall. Took maybe 3 minutes to make that assessment.As luck would have it was recalled and auto outfitters was the location authorized to replace the broken sunroof.The called me to make an appt for repair. On the day of my Appt. I was asked to allow 90 min... it was fixed in less than one hour. Easy Peasy. I was in and out without any hiccups whatsoever.”

“My car looks like new again. My only complaint is I had two wait for them to clean it. Two days! And when I arrived I was told to run it thru the car was because I had a car wash sticker. They inside was filthy covered in the dust from the air bags. And there was a coffee cup in it that wasn't mine either. Great body shop, but don't wait for them to "wash" for you.”

“I paid this company over 5000.00 to install a engine in my son's BMW. It took forever to get the car and I really tried to work with Evan B. It turns our it was a botched job. The engine repair and installation was not done correctly and the car Died. Respectfully I tried to reach out to the owner and work something out but would not respond to me or my son. Over five thousand dollars is a lot of money. I have documentation on everything that I am writing. I am in Tennessee and put me at a disadvantage and this company knew that . However I plan to file legal actions in the next few days. I noticed later that this company is not listed with the BBS in Indiana.”

“I've had a remote start installed on a Dodge Journey and a remote start with alarm installed on a Volkswagen beetle. The Dodge was years ago and the Volkswagen was a month. I've had zero issues with both, and both work by using factory remote for vehicles, no extra remote on the keyring. Both installs were very clean, no visible wires or mess. They even stayed open a little bit extra as I was running late to pick up Beetle. The price seemed fair, people were great, and peace of mind knowing a job as well done is priceless. A bad experience at a car radio shop in Indianapolis caused me to have a wiring harness replaced in a previous vehicle, American Eagle Equipment gives me that peace of mind.”
