“On Christmas Eve, I needed help changing a headlight and installing another headlight into my daughter’s car. Logan took the time out of his day to try to help us. After spending a lot of time, and after it became apparent that there was an issue, he contacted a friend of his that could help so that my daughter could travel that day safely, when he could have just apologized for not being able to help and moved on. We so appreciated Logan doing so much for us that day. We’ve been there multiple times since, as it is now our go-to auto parts store.”
“Shoutout to Devin! This young man saved a damsel in distress! I needed a new battery and did not know how to install it. He looked at my battery and figured out how to take out the old and replace with new. It was not easy, requiring tools and some elbow grease to get the battery out and in, but he did it with a smile on his face.
Devin, your inquisitiveness and determination to replace a battery, not knowing completely if you could do it, displays the willingness to self-educate thru working experience, the best form of education someone could receive. “I needed a sudden replacement battery for my motorcycle. Batteries Plus was so much more convenient, cost was very competitive, and the service was personable. I found the item I needed easily online, was able to order it and get it the next day. Service was great as well I was able to call and quickly speak to a knowledgeable person who answered basic questions. I received confirmation if my order and notification once it was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the store the item was waiting for me and check-out was a breeze.
