“I had the unexpected pleasure of having to service my car, needed a loaner and went right over to enterprise it was quick and easy and when I dropped the car off, I accidentally left my garage door opener had to drop my son off at soccer by the time I could get there to get it, they were gonna be closed, but Jacob who helped me was kind enough to stay after so that I could get it that night. It was very very grateful great service highly recommend this location.”

“We had a few issues on the trip. My daughter and I were going to a funeral out of state. At the funeral the low engine oil light came on. We called them and they said to add oil and send in our receipt. As we were going to the auto zone, we had low tire pressure come on. We went a mile further to the tire place and they fixed the tire, and changed the oil because it was not registering on the lipstick and there was no leak. This led us to think we got the car with low oil. When we returned the car, we were told that we should not have used that particular tire place because they had a bad reputation and the rental place does not use them anymore. Why didn't they say that on our second call to them? Also, we felt that the clerk was chewing us out for this. I said, that is okay, we will not use you anymore. The clerk then became a little nicer. But I will not use them again.”

“I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews, but it was the most convenient location (Noblesville) so I went for it. I was not disappointed! Pick up and drop off were seamless, there were no extra charges on my card and the car was spotless! I encountered two different employees and both were very friendly and professional. They both did a walk around the car with me at at pick up and drop off. Very quick and efficient process all around! I would use this location again!”
