“Allison and Gabrielle are wonderful individuals with a warm, welcoming demeanor dedicated to help clients. I highly encourage you directly ask for their assistance, as other team members avoided me and did not give me the time of day. Specifically avoid Matthew, (middle age balding) as he is very rude, and didn't offer to help transfer my data when I came to swap MacBooks. Dropped the computer at the counter, and when I was the only person in line he walked away. He should not be in a customer facing position, absolutely piss poor service from Matthew. However, Allison and Gabrielle are the exact opposite. THANK YOU Allison and Gabrielle!!!”
