“First time visit to Indy Laptops and I was delighted to find this great shop that repairs laptops at a very reasonable price without adding on uneeded services. The folks (Jean and the technicians) were clear about what I could expect and, best of all, did not do unexpected services just to charge me $. In fact, they called to say they didn't have to do some of the things they initially thought would be required.. and I had thought that those would be required too. I am beyond pleased and will definitely use their services whenever my laptop gets unruly!”

“Just such a cool place. Not a fan of big box stores for the sake of big box stores, but this one makes sense and serves the right market at the right scale. The website helps me plan my visit and it’s been a good experience each time I went. Selection is good and so are prices. It fills the right gap between Facebook marketplace, and Amazon.”

“I have bought several computers, TV’s and miscellaneous items here. Recently I bought some Air Pods and a couple iPads here. Walking is a problem for me anymore and I have been able to come in and sit. I’ve showed them what I want on my phone and the kind young people that work there have shopped the store for me. I never had to leave the register and there was seating “ a wheelchair” right by the registers. I’m pretty much limited to shopping only where handicap carts are available. So THANK YOU Best Buy for making shopping still possible at my favorite electronics store. I’m skeptical about having high priced items mailed to me. So if they had not done this, I would not have made this purchase.”
